Big Ideas

Full Implementation is reached when 50% or more of the intended practitioners are using the identified intervention with fidelity and good outcomes. By this time, the new ways of providing services are now the standard ways of work for most implementers. Data about implementation and outcomes is used to continue improvement and over time the changes become policy and procedure for the organization.

Key Functions:

  • Refine training and coaching supports to ensure skillful practices by all staff based on fidelity data to build capacity and sustainability
  • Evaluate expected outcomes to support continuous improvement and full use of implementation drivers
  • Develop/revise policy to support new ways of work and ensure sustainability
  • Share successes to motivate implementers and stakeholders
